Information Meetings
The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work regularly schedules Information Meetings for prospective Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) students. These meetings provide an introduction to the School and helpful information about the admission process. Meetings are approximately one hour in length. If you are considering applying to the MSSW program, we encourage you to attend an Information Meeting. It is not necessary to RSVP for the information meetings as there is usually enough space for everyone who attends.

Meetings are held at the School of Social Work on the UT-Austin campus. The School of Social Work is located at 1925 San Jacinto Blvd. in the southeast corner of the University of Texas campus. From IH-35 take the MLK/15th St./University of Texas exit. Head west on MLK (toward the football stadium and capital) and take a right on Trinity. The School of Social Work is the second building on the right. Trinity turns into San Jacinto Blvd. in front of the School.
Parking is available in the garage on the corner of MLK and Trinity. Exit the garage, cross over MLK and walk north on Trinity until it turns into San Jacinto Blvd. The School will be the second building on the right. Once inside the School, check-in with the Student Services Information Desk for the location of the meeting.
