Welcome to the School of Social Work. We offer programs leading to a BSW, MSSW, or Ph.D. degree. Please visit the program links for descriptions and admission information specific to each degree program.

You may request an information and application packet be sent to you by entering your contact information on-line. You may also download a packet in PDF format below. We ask that you enter your contact information on-line, even if you do not wish for us to mail you a packet. You may select on the form to receive a packet by mail or not. Your answers help us to better serve you and improve our recruitment efforts. We also like to contact everyone interested in the program so that we can answer any questions you may have. Information you provide is used solely by the admissions office and not released to any other entity. We appreciate your interest in the School of Social Work and look forward to talking with you.
