BSW: Field Practicum
BSW students have the opportunity to develop their professional skills by taking a field practicum during their final semester in the program. Completing a placement process the semester before, the student is placed in an agency depending upon their goals, needs and interests. Field instruction includes educationally focused assignments in intervention at the individual, family, small group, organizational, and community levels.
