Better Late than Jobless

This one-day only workshop will help you develop the skills to secure a job. Whether you are a graduating BSW or MSSW student or just need a part-time job, this workshop will cover the basics. You will learn how to write an impressive resume and cover letter. You will have a chance to practice for the interview and learn about job negotiation. An employer lunch panel will provide a chance to network with local agencies. Also, learn how to seek clinical supervision and obtain licensure! Do not miss this event!

9-11am The Basics

Gain an understanding of the skills you possess. Identify your strengths, limitations, knowledge and experience. Review your resume and cover letter. Practice skills for interviewing.
