This project assessed the organizational dimensions of a direct service agency. The dimensions studied included:
- unity and sense of common purpose,
- communication,
- leadership,
- job satisfaction,
- environment, and
- roles and clarity of responsibilities.
Information was gathered from Board and staff interviews regarding organizational dynamics. Recommendations for enhancing the capacity of the agency to meet the needs of clients were given.
