This project will evaluate the Texas Health and Human Services Commission's Adoptive and Foster Couples Retreat and Support Network Program, which aims to strengthen and preserve families who adopt and/or have fostered children through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) or from public child welfare systems.
