Evaluation of the South Texas Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Slavery

The scope of work entails three activities:

1) Evaluation of the South Texas Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Slavery (STCAHTS). The research team will examine the structure of the Coalition and determine the effectiveness of its functioning; by determining the strengths and the weaknesses of the Coalition.

2) Evaluation of the trainings Catholic Charities (CC) offers to the San Antonio community. The research team will determine the effectiveness of the trainings that CC are currently offering to increase awareness of human trafficking and to enhance the identification of victims.

3): Evaluate the services of Catholic Charities offered to human trafficking victims and determine if these services maximize their future self-sufficiency.
