Statewide Motivational Interviewing for Texas Department State Health Services

Trainers with the UT Health Behavior Research and Training Institute, led by Dr. Velasquez, is developing and implementing Motivational Interviewing training sessions to be delivered to 280 state-funded substance abuse treatment providers via training sessions in seven health regions across the state. Sessions include both group training and one-on-one coaching sessions.
