Meeting Maker
Meeting Maker is a Web-based program to help select the best dates to hold a meeting. There are three parts. If you want to see it in action, enter the code jt-474
- Your Availability: If you are contacted by someone and given a code to put in Meeting Maker, enter the code and respond with your availablity for each date and time.
- Create a New Meeting: To create a new meeting select a starting month below and use the form to enter up to 10 proposed dates and times. After submitting the form you will be given a code that you need to send to each invited participant and use to check for results.
- Meeting Administration: Enter the code to check who has responded and what are the best dates and times for your meeting.
