Living Well with Parkinson’s Disease

This presentation will be led by Nina Mosier and Susan Stahl, co-founders of Power for Parkinson’s which provides free exercise and dance classes for people with Parkinson’s. By engaging Parkinson’s patients in regular exercise, the founders hope to provide an improved sense of well-being, offer opportunities for socialization and prevent depression and isolation that often accompanies Parkinson’s disease. Come prepared to learn more about Parkinson’s disease and ways to intervene with families affected by this illness.
