Tiffany Ryan

Tiffany Ryan has worked on several research projects while a doctoral student. She worked on a systematic review of mental health in schools; a  homeless youth and resiliency project; as co-PI on a homeless youth and housing research project; a mental health and public housing research study through the Institute for Urban Policy Research; and on a foster care re-design evaluation project and foster youth and education study through the Child and Family Research Institute. These projects have resulted in publications in journals such as Child and Family Services Review, Evaluation and Program Planning, Substance Use and Misuse, Youth and Society, and Public Child Welfare. Additionally, she has presented at numerous national research and practice conferences. She is the recipient of the University of Texas Continuing Fellowship, and has been nominated by the School of Social Work for the Outstanding Graduate Research Award for her dissertation analyzing litigation as a method for child welfare reform.
