Sarah Swords, LCSW

Clinical Assistant Professor

Sarah Swords has over 15 years of experience as a clinical social worker, working in agency settings focused on family service and domestic violence. She also had a private practice, providing psychotherapy, supervision and consultation. Sarah is licensed by the state of Texas as an LCSW and is a board approved supervisor. She is a member of the Texas chapter of NASW and is an active community volunteer.

Field education, gerontology, domestic violence, eating disorders, women’s mental health, and philanthropy.
