Professional Interests

Has been on the staff of the Legislative Budget Board since 1984, and is currently Manager of Fiscal analysis and Reporting. Prior to this position, Mr. Barton was responsible for the development of budget and evaluation recommendations for numerous agencies and institutions within various state government functions, including health and human services, higher education, and natural resources.
