About

Cossy Hough, LCSW, has over 14 years of experience as a public health social worker. She worked for several years as a community based case manager and has worked since 1997 as an administrator with the Texas Department of State Health Services, Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women program. Ms. Hough has experience with program planning, policy development and evaluation as well as social welfare initiatives and legislative analysis. She is a member of the Texas Chapter of NASW. 

Ms. Hough grew up in El Paso and has lived in Austin since 1989. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two-year-old daughter and quilting, cooking, reading, camping, swimming and Austin music.
