Professional Interests

School-based mental health, outpatient therapies, and supervising clinicians working toward advanced licensure. Expertise includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, group therapy, play therapy, the treatment of trauma survivors and attachment-disordered children.

About

Allyson Jervey, LCSWhas over 20 years experience in the mental health field working in a variety of capacities in both residential and out-patient settings.Currently, Allyson is Director of Jervey and Associates Psychotherapy, which includes a school-based mental health program in several school districts in Williamson County, and a private practice in Georgetown.Ms. Jervey has been an adjunct faculty member at the UT/Austin School of Social Work for 5 years, and was honored with Adjunct Faculty of the Year by the Social Work Council in the spring of 2008.
