About

Robin Smith, LCSW, has over 14 years of clinical practice experience, primarily in the area of adult mental health. She worked for nine years at St. David's Pavilion Psychiatric Hospital, first as a therapist treating older adults and later as a clinical manager doing psychiatric, chemical dependency and eating disorder assessments/admissions and supervising other clinicians and support staff.

Currently, Ms. Smith works as a social worker for North Austin Medical Center, is on the faculty at Austin Community College and is a member of the Texas Chapter of NASW. She has lived in Austin for 25 years and enjoys cooking, reading, music and hiking in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of New Mexico in the summer with her husband and five year old son.
