Due in large part to the Holiday Assistance Program, the Hispanic Faculty/Staff Association recently received the 2006 Outstanding Faculty/Staff Organization Award for Community Service.

The University of Texas Volunteer and Service Learning Center (VSLC) presented HFSA with the award during its annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony held this year on May 3rd, at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library.
