The Hispanic Faculty/Staff Association (HFSA) held its annual Officer Induction Ceremony and Awards Presentation at the End-of-the-Year Luncheon on Tuesday, June 7th.

The new executive board of officers for the 2011-2012 academic year were introduced and sworn in.

HFSA also presented the 2010-2011 Faculty Member of the Year award to Alba A. Ortiz, Ph.D. and the 2010-2011 Staff Member of the Year award to Clara Hernández.

Professional Development Award winners will be announced in September at the first general meeting of the academic year.
