Information Asian destinations have proven to be some of the most thought provoking of study abroad destinations. Places like China, Korea, and Vietnam are not traditional destinations although their popularity is growing every year. Typically, people who go to Asia comment on the cultural values that have been retained by each place. Common fears of studying abroad in Asia include language barriers and cultural differences. People selecting a destination in this area of the world should be open to expanding their horizons and understanding the culture more so than any other area of the world.
