Contact Information

Before you contact the Study Abroad Office, have you attended an information session? The information session is the first step to studying abroad and many of your questions will be answered at this meeting. Sessions are held at least once per week in Wooldridge Hall. An online version is also available for your convenience.

If you are not a UT student, please reference the resources for non-UT students section of our web page.

If you are a student in another country wanting to come to UT, you must first check with your home International Office about exchange programs. If your home university does not have an official exchange with UT please refer to the UT International Office home page.

Study Abroad Advisors see students by appointment only. Students should call the SAO front desk at 471-6490 for General Advising and appointments. Appointments will not be made over email.

"When students look back on their study abroad, they regard it as a special time in their lives and one of their most transforming experiences. There is no substitue for immersion in another culture and language in the native setting. It's also an opportunity to make lifelong friends with students and families in other countries. The University aspires for every student to study abroad as part of their undergraduate education."

-William Powers Jr
President
