International Education Fee Scholarships
In 1990, UT students elected to pay $1 each semester on their fee bill to collect money to support scholarships for students studying abroad and incoming international students. In 1994, UT students again voted to support international opportunities on campus and raised the fee from $1 to $3. Of the $3, one dollar is place in an endowment for future use and $2 per student are distributed annually to students.
The application consists of a basic online application, a listing of your honors and awards, a bit of financial information about yourself and the program and a one page essay. TWO letters of recommendation are required.
