ARCHITECTURE
ARC 368R / ARC 388R – Modern History of Sustainable Architecture

ARC 350R / ARC 386M – Technologies & Techniques of Sustainable Design
Taught by UT faculty Dr. Werner Lang.
Prerequisites: Completion of EC 1 and 2 or consent of the instructor.
The program is open to all majors. Participating students are expected to have a genuine interest in architectural design,
the field of sustainable design and the history of architecture. Students will be expected to
have experience in writing scholarly papers on given subjects, including analyses of
technologies and systems as well as case studies on buildings and urban developments.

COSTS
Estimated Program Fee: $2750
Program fee includes $300 non-refundable deposit, housing, on-site orientation, student services, public transport pass, field trips, program activities, guest lectures, cell phone rental, and international health insurance.
*Costs subject to change. ALL students will need to pay a $50 application fee. This fee will appear on student’s “What I Owe” page, along with other summer program costs.
