How To Schedule An Appointment

It’s simple. You can either stop by the CEC in Jester A115, or call 512-471-1217. Same day or next day appointments are often available, depending on the time of semester. During pre-registration periods, our appointments are often booked three to four days in advance.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be asked to complete our Student Information Form online. It will only take a few minutes and it will prepare you a bit more for your counseling appointment. It will also give your counselor some insight as to what choices or decisions you are currently facing.

Please set aside up to 45 minutes for your counseling appointment and let the front desk know when you arrive.
