Welcome To Diverse Communities!
At the Career Exploration Center, we strive to provide information and resources to assist students in the process of major exploration and career decision-making. This section of our website provides important career-related information to students from various underrepresented groups. Employment statistics, student insights and company information are featured for each of the communities.
While the CEC has chosen to organize this information into sections based on the various groups that are underrepresented in the university and many employment settings, we are fully aware that many students might identify with more than one of these underrepresented groups. We acknowledge the intersectionality of diverse groups and encourage you to come and discuss your unique career issues with a counselor.
For more information about career resources for underrepresented groups and presentations about how diversity impacts career decisions, please contact the CEC.
