Faculty/Staff Contacts Database
We invite you to share your expertise with select students interested in your academic field. We have learned that a single meeting with a faculty or staff member can be life changing. The student who seeks out such a meeting is usually curious and motivated enough to make the most of the experience.
The Faculty/Staff Contacts Database attempts to maximize the connection between students and UT-Austin professionals to help students research various majors and/or careers. The database includes faculty and staff members who are willing to share information about their academic discipline and the careers associated with it. It’s easy to participate. Once you complete the information profile, the data will then be entered into the Faculty/Staff Contacts Database and made available to students in the CEC library. NOTE: Profiles are not posted on the Internet. Students can only search the database in the CEC library and are then encouraged to directly contact a faculty/staff member to schedule a short informational meeting.
