When And How To Apply

  1. Applications are only received during the recruitment season. Recruiting typically begins at the start of each spring semester for an internship the following year.
  2. Download an application. Or, pick one up at the Jester A115 during the recruiting season.
  3. Complete the blank "schedule" form attached to the application. Please place an "X" through the times when you are NOT available to be interviewed during the current spring semester.
  4. Two "recommendation" forms are attached to the application. Those serving as your references must use this form. Additionally, they may choose to attach a separate letter of recommendation. Reference forms can be turned in with your application, OR your references may mail or fax them prior to the application deadline. References typically include people who have known you well in an academic, co-curricular or work capacity: former or current teachers/professors, supervisors, advisors, or sponsors of student organizations. Not friends or family.

Applications must arrive at the CEC (Jester A115) before 5 pm on the application due date.

Generally, applications will be reviewed in March. Interviews will be scheduled or letters of decline will be sent at that time. All applicants will receive some form of notification.
