Eligibility And Selection
Students who are interested in applying for the practicum program must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Masters or Doctoral counseling program
- Completed at least one counseling techniques course
- Preferred: Completed or is concurrently enrolled in a career counseling or career development course
- Preferred: Able to attend weekly staff meetings on Thursdays 9:15-10:45am
- Willing to devote a minimum of 14 hours/week to the practicum program
- Available to attend the 40 hr. training session for Fall practicum or the 15-20 hr. training session for Spring or Summer practicum
