How To Schedule A Program

To request a presentation or workshop, or to schedule a group tour of the CEC:

Consider the dates of your program request. We ask that you plan to submit your request at least two weeks in advance of the dates you would like to schedule.
Consult our program list for topics and ideas. Most programs are 45 minutes in length, to fit within the timeframe of a 50-minute class.
Complete our online Program Request Form using your UT EID. When you click Submit, your request will be emailed directly to our Outreach Coordinator.
If you do not have a UT EID or if you have any questions, please email our Outreach Coordinator at j.igoe@austin.utexas.edu.

We generally provide programs for UT-Austin students and organizations only.
We ask for at least two weeks advance notice when scheduling programs.
