What Is The Student Information Form (SIF)?
The "SIF" provides you with the opportunity to identify what topics or concerns you would like to address in your career counseling session. It also communicates this information to your counselor.

If you have already made an appointment to meet with a CEC counselor, please log in with your UT-EID and complete the Student Information Form prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you haven’t yet scheduled an appointment and would like to meet with a career counselor, please call 512-471-1217 or stop by the CEC at Jester A-115.
