Mental Health Current Semester & Retroactive Medical Withdrawals,
Course Load Reductions & Cancellations of Registration

The Counseling and Mental Health Center (CMHC) processes the following types of requests:

  • Current Semester Medical Withdrawals for Mental Health Reasons (MWDs)
  • Retroactive Medical Withdrawals for Mental Health Reasons (RMWDs)
  • Course Load Reductions for Mental Health Reasons (CLRs),
    Cancellations of Registration Due to Medical Reasons

Applications are available ONLY through the Counseling & Mental Health Center. We are located on the 5th floor of the Student Services Building on Dean Keeton Street between Wichita and University Streets.
