Please remember to bring these items with you from your home country. They will be important during your stay in the U.S.

  1. Medical records for you and any accompanying family.
  2. Home country driver's license.
  3. Children's school records.
  4. Home country education transcript if you plan to apply to a U.S. university.

What are the immunization requirements at ESL Services?

Each student must have a PPD (Mantoux) skin test for tuberculosis (TB) and/or a chest x-ray performed in the U.S. within 12 months prior to admission to The University. University Health Services provides TB screening by appointment. You will be given a TB testing appointment during the registration period. The testing process must be completed before you may attend class.
