Student life in residence halls |
The Spring 2013 Housing Application will be open starting at 12 a.m. on December 3, 2012 and will close at 11:59 p.m. on December 4, 2012.
There are a very limited number of spaces available to live on campus this Spring 2013. The housing application for Spring 2013 will only be open for 2 days. Completing the application does not guarantee you a space on campus. The $50 housing application fee is non-refundable.
In order for the application to be considered complete, the $50 housing application fee must be submitted. All applications that have been started but have not been completed by 11:59 p.m. on December 4 will be canceled.
We will be offering contracts to students who have completed the housing application, and have accepted their enrollment to the university, starting on December 12. We will offer contracts in housing application date order, with priority to freshmen. The earlier you apply, the more likely you would be offered a contract.
Most spaces that will be available for incoming students will be supplemental spaces.
These rates are for the Spring semester only. All rates include Room, Meals, basic ResNet and applicable sales tax. Each student will receive $700 Dine In Dollars which can be spent in DHFS operated locations and $150 Bevo Bucks which can be used at any participating location.

We will offer contracts to students who have completed the housing application, and have accepted their enrollment to the university, starting on December 12 and going through December 19. It is possible that more spaces will become available throughout the Winter Break, and we would offer additional contracts if that happens.
We will offer contracts in housing application date order, with priority to freshmen. The earlier you apply, the more likely you would be offered a contract.
Due to the limited number of available spaces, we will be offering contracts via phone, and there will be a very short turnaround in which we will need to hear back from you to accept your offer. Please make sure to respond back to our office promptly if you are called with a contract offer.
