Download the RA Experience Form. Save the document to your computer and fill out the relevant details. Please save your document with the following naming convention, ra_experience_[yourname]. All RA Experience forms can be sent as an attachment to the RA staff email address at: dhfsrastaff@austin.utexas.edu.
