San Jacinto Catering

We provide the catering for our building. If a group requires a service we do not provide (wait service, china, alcohol etc.) we may approve another on campus caterer such as the Texas Union, O's, Catering by Rosemary, Sodexho or FlikFare. We don't permit groups to bring their own food.

Catered functions are billed based on a guaranteed number. The guarantee must be submitted, along with other planning information, at least ten days in advance of your event. Minor adjustments of up to 10 percent of the guaranteed number may be made up to three working days before the event. The final bill will be based on the guarantee or the actual number served, whichever is greater. The minimum for buffet service is 20 guests and a $50 minimum applies to all events. Menu prices include buffet style service, environmentally friendly compostable tableware, reusable flatware and one hour of service time for the event. Special dietary requirements can be provided but require advance notice. There may be an additional charge. If the event service time extends beyond the scheduled time, additional charges will be added. For your safety, we prohibit guests from carrying out perishable food. If applicable, sales tax is added to the final bill.

Our current menu and catering guide can be found here: Catering Guide
