About Us

The University of Texas is located in the beautiful central Texas Hill Country. It is home to 50,000 students and an outstanding staff and faculty.

Here at the University, we offer a broad range of meeting spaces including a multi-purpose room that can house up to 500 participants; classroom-style plenary and breakout spaces from 10 to 100; and banquet spaces for up to 300.

Summer time is a hectic and grand time for participants attending summer conferences here at the University. Each summer from late May through mid-August, we open up our residential halls to conference guests and offer convenient and affordable accommodations for our participants. These accommodations are furnished with twin beds, desks, chairs, and a closet and a combo microwave-refrigerator. Our facility at San Jacinto hall comes equipped with a TV also. We also supply each room with linens, pillows, blankets, towel and soap. In most of our residential halls, shared bathrooms are located along the hallway.

Here at the university, we offer a variety of meal options that can be tailored to meet the needs of your group. We have a great culinary pool of trained chefs who work diligently in bringing out the best food that is both nutritional and superb in taste. We also have catering service that can help plan your functions.
