A diverse panel of higher education professionals will define the political savvy individual and point out how to avoid mistakes and bad choices that could result in unwanted labels and career limits. This presentation will focus on recognizing the political culture in your office/department, how to read between the lines, and the importance of conversational competence. Strategies will be shared to empower you for a successful career, whatever you perceive that to be. It is a must-attend session for all.
