DHFS Green Shirt Request

One of the ways that staff at DHFS can champion the sustainability initiatives of the division is to wear a DHFS Green Shirt on Tuesdays. The process for obtaining a DHFS green shirt has now changed. Please make note of the new procedure and submit your request appropriately.

At this time, Human Resources will handle all requests for replacement DHFS Green Shirts. All requests should be submitted by a supervisor on behalf of their employees who need a shirt. To submit a DHFS Green Shirt request, a supervisor should follow these steps.

• Go to the DHFS Green Shirt Request Form in the Human Resources Suite
• Fill out the entire request form and Submit

The Human Resources office will handle the request and will make arrangements to distribute the shirt to the employee.

The DHFS Green Shirt remains a great way to promote the culture of sustainability in our division and we encourage sueprvisors to use the new request process to advance these initiatives.
