LiveHereUniversity Apartments - Apply Online

Please read the following information before entering the online application site:

• NOTE: Be sure to apply early to improve your chances of getting an apartment at your convenience.
• Due to the popularity of University Apartments, a wait of six months to a year or longer is possible after applying.
• Preferred move-in dates are NOT guaranteed and the $50 application fee is non-refundable.
  
  

You must be admitted as a student to the University before you can apply.

This application requires the following information:

• Applicant information
• Space Type & Family information
  (If additional members/dependents will be residing in the apartment)
• Roommate EID if you are applying with a roommate
  
  

The application fee is $ 50.00. By clicking on "CONFIRM" near the end of the application process, you are authorizing the Division of Housing & Food to charge you the $ 50.00 fee. You will have the opportunity to enter credit card payment information at the end of the application. Master Card and Discover are accepted. You can pay this fee in person at the Bursar's Office by cash or check. You may also mail a check for $50 to the Apartment Office, P.O.Box 7666, Austin, TX 78713-7666. Be sure to include student EID information on the check.

Once you click the CONFIRM button, your application has been billed. Until you pay the application fee, your application is INCOMPLETE. You must pay the application fee in order to complete your Apartments application and receive an activation date.

If at any time you would like to CANCEL your application just proceed back to STEP (3) in the application process and click on the "Cancel Application" button. Remember, the $50 application fee is non-refundable.

CREATE or UPDATE your application by choosing the appropriate link:
• If you have a UT EID (electronic identification), enter the SECURE online application.
  
  
• If you do NOT have a UT EID, don't know what it is, or have forgotten your password, please go to the UT EID help suite.
  
  
• Download & print a hard copy of the application (PDF file) - to be mailed instead of applying online
