LiveHereTenant Advisory Board

The Tenant Advisory Board is made up of two residents from each complex (Brackenridge, Colorado, and Gateway) and one representative from the Apartment Office. TAB meets twice a month during the regular semester to discuss resident concerns and ways to improve life at student housing. TAB is an advisory board, and makes recommendations to Housing Management.

The TAB not only reviews tenant appeals on charges or discipline, but also examines issues such as shuttle bus schedule, maintenance problems or areas of concern to residents. Recommendations for changing or implementing policies and long-term strategic planning for the apartments are other responsibilities of the TAB.
