University Apartments
Welcome to The University of Texas at Austin and the University Apartments. We are happy you have taken an interest in our organization and services.
The University Apartments are reserved for married students, single parent students, graduate students, and undergraduates with at least 30 hours credit and in good standing with the University.

Apply to live in the University Apartments
Application for housing is separate from application to The University of Texas at Austin. Acceptance as a student is acknowledged by the Office of Admissions and is not a prerequisite to apply for housing. To apply to live in the University Apartments, you may apply online or download the application here.

- Gateway Apartments
- 1-2-3 bedrooms (3-bedroom available only in Brackenridge)

- UT & city bus route
- Easy access to expressway
- 24-hour University Police patrol
- Parking
- Excellent public schools nearby
- Apartments are non-smoking
- No pets allowed
Water, wastewater, cable TV and garbage are included in the monthly rent. Gas (for heating, cooking and hot water) is included in the monthly rent for Colorado residents only. All apartments are unfurnished.
