Live on campus this summer!
Enjoy summer in Austin! If you are a continuing student at The University of Texas at Austin you can live on campus for the summer. Perfect for students taking classes over the summer - and even for students who aren't. That's right, you do not have to be enrolled in summer classes to live on campus.
When you apply to live on campus over the summer, you choose the session that fits best with your schedule. We have contracts available for Session One, Session Two, Both Sessions, and the Nine-Week Session. A $50 application fee is required. We will begin offering summer contracts in March. There is no deadline to apply for summer housing, and applications are accepted throughout the spring and summer.
When you receive a contract email to live on campus for the summer, accept the contract online and submit your $300 advance payment on the What I Owe page. Make sure you accept the contract and satisfy the advance payment by the contract offer expiration date. The advance payment is applied to your summer housing bill. Your contract includes room, Dine In Dollars and Bevo Bucks.
Single and double rooms with community or private baths are available in the summer. Single rooms are assigned based on when you apply for summer housing. Students who apply early have a better chance of being assigned a single room. Summer living is available in Brackenridge, Roberts, Prather, and San Jacinto Halls. Each facility will be coed for the summer and dining facilities in San Jacinto and Jester Hall will be available.

Prices include Room, Dine In Dollars and Bevo Bucks. For the session one or two contract, you will receive $225 Dine In Dollars and $50 Bevo Bucks. For the nine-week session contract, you will receive $310 in Dine in Dollars and $75 in Bevo Bucks. For the both session contract, you will receive $450 Dine In Dollars and $100 Bevo Bucks. Please note that your housing statement will be available for you to view and/or pay in late May on the What I Owe Page. The summer housing bills for session one, nine-week or both session contracts will be due by June 7, 2013. The bill for session two is due on July 12, 2013. Bills are due in full on their due date.
