Student life in residence halls
We invite you to consider three great leadership opportunities for students:
Leadership Week is an annual student conference created specifically for students who live in Division of Housing and Food Service (DHFS) residence halls. Sessions are divided into tracks to meet different student needs (first year students, returning students, University Residence Hall Association officers and other DHFS-related student organization officers). Conference attendees are allowed to move in without the early check-in fee and assist with the Mooov-In process from August 23-August 25.
Applications are available now and will close on Monday, June 17 at 8 a.m.

We are seeking students to participate in a peer review board for policy violations that occur in the residence halls. We have one group that meet weekly to hear cases, determine responsibility and assign educational sanctioning when necessary. Each group has an advisor to assist. Training is provided for all participants and as such, Judicial Board members must be available for all Fall Leadership Week training dates (August 20-25). You must live on campus to participate in the Judicial Board and be able to hear cases during the long session 2013-2014.
This is a great leadership opportunity for students at any classification level!
The application process is open now and will close on Monday, June 17 at noon (12 p.m.). Twenty-minute telephone interviews will be conducted between Monday, June 25th and Friday, June 28th.
