The University of Texas at Austin and the Division of Housing and Food Service are reminding all students, staff and visitors that the H1N1 Flu is still active and that anyone who develops symptoms of Influenza Like Illness (ILI) should immediately seek medical attention.

Take every precaution to protect yourself from the possible spread of Influenza-A (H1N1).
Prevention
- Wash hands with soap and water frequently or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if a sink isn't available;
- don't share drinking cups or water bottles;
- avoid shaking hands and similar personal contact;
- disinfect toilets and faucets regularly;
- keep your nose and mouth covered with a tissue when sneezing or coughing.
- stay home from work or school if you become symptomatic to prevent spreading
