(iversity) Program will address discrimination against members of the LGBTQ community in the workplace. The workshop will feature a screening of the award winning documentary, Out at Work, which chronicles the stories of a cook, an auto worker and a librarian as they seek workplace safety, job security and benefits for gay and lesbian workers. Learning Outcomes: 1. Participants will be able to articulate their opinions about protected statuses and job security. 2. Participants will learn about the legal status of LGBTQ workers in the United States. 3. Participants will be able to educate employees about the discrimination that some LGBTQ employees face.
