Meetings and Summer Conferences

The Division of Housing and Food Service at The University of Texas at Austin provides first-class housing and food service for students. But did you know that we also offer flexible and affordable options for university or university co-sponsored groups looking to host meetings, offer overnight housing for conferences, or house student participants of summer programs?

What Services Are You Looking For?

Meeting Rooms are available in San Jacinto Hall year-round for university or university co-sponsored groups. We have rooms of varying sizes; from small conference rooms to larger, flexible space in our Multipurpose room. For groups from 10 to 500, our meeting rooms can be arranged to fit your needs with different seating configurations, audio-visual equipment and our in-house catering. Learn More.

Our Summer Conference program opens our residence halls to guests of university or university co-sponsored conferences and camps. Whether your group wishes to stay for a few days or a few weeks, guests can be housed conveniently on campus during June and July. We offer overnight housing and flexible meal plans for both Adult programs in San Jacinto and Youth programs in Jester Residence Halls. Learn More.
