TUESDAY. Registration fee bills for the fall semester mailed to students.
AUGUST 14
WEDNESDAY. Payment deadline for students who registered for the fall semester by July 19. Tuition may be paid in full or in installments.
AUGUST 19
MONDAY. International student orientation -- new students only.
AUGUST 20
TUESDAY. Orientation and testing begin.

Fall Semester 1996

AUGUST 22-23
THURSDAY-FRIDAY. Registration for the fall semester for new and readmitted students who have not yet registered; to complete registration, fees must be paid no later than 5:00 pm on August 27.
AUGUST 23
FRIDAY. University residence halls open at 9:00 am.
AUGUST 25
SUNDAY. Add/drop for the fall semester for students who registered and paid their fees by August 14.
AUGUST 26
MONDAY. Registration for the fall semester for continuing students who have not yet registered; to complete registration, fees must be paid no later than 5:00 pm on August 27.
Student Health Center benefits become available to all students.
AUGUST 27
TUESDAY. Add/drop for the fall semester for students who registered and paid their fees by August 14.
Deadline for graduate students to be registered in absentia for the fall semester.

MONDAY. Labor Day holiday.

Last day undergraduate students may register without the approval of the registrar.
Last day graduate students may register and pay fees without the approval of the vice president and dean of graduate studies.
