1. See

2. The authorized use of and access to disciplinary records are described in
subchapter 9-300 and
subchapter 11-700.
3. The University will maintain, as part of a student's student record, a record of access of all parties other than those specified in subsection 9-202(1)(a)(i) who have obtained access to data in an individual's student record which will include the legitimate interest of that party in obtaining the information.
4. If the University discovers that an organization that has received student records from the University has released or failed to destroy such records in violation of this policy, it will prohibit access by that organization to educational records for five years.
