Here are answers to common questions about ordering
catalogs from our office.
Why do you charge for catalogs?
To recover part of the cost of printing them.
Are the catalogs online?
Yes, at www.utexas.edu/student/registrar/catalogs.
How do I order a catalog?
Printed catalogs are sold in campus-area bookstores. They may also be
purchased online, by phone, and by mail.

To purchase online
using a credit card, visit our
catalog store.

To order by phone,
call the Office of the
Registrar at (512) 475-7555, Mon
through Fri 8am to 4:30pm, and charge your
purchase to a credit card.

To order by mail, print and
complete a copy of the order form.
Payment must be made by check or
money order, in US funds drawn
on a US bank. Make checks and
money orders payable
to the University of Texas at Austin.

What are the various kinds of mail?
Our office offers three different kinds of mail.

Periodicals Mail
is an authorized mail
service, generally publications with the primary
purpose of transmitting information, and is sent
at least once a week from our office. Once at
the USPS the mailing receives expeditious handling.
Expect from 10 to 20 days after sending your
request.

Priority Mail
is first-class mail service
that receives expedited delivery from the post
office and is sent daily from our office. USPS
offers 2 days delivery to most domestic
locations.

Priority Mail International
is an accelerated
airmail service that ships to over 50 countries
and territories. If a country does not accept
Priority Mail International, we will send
by First Class Mail International
at no additional cost. International mail is sent the
same day we receive a request and takes around
4 to 7 days delivery to most locations worldwide.

The catalogs are published at different times.

Does the University permit refunds on catalog
purchases?
University policy does not permit refunds or
exchanges on catalog purchases.
