The instructor of record for an organized class may
authorize another person as a designee to enter grades on the
instructor's behalf. However, only the instructor of record
may submit a final grade roster to the Office of the
Registrar.

submission for organized courses works, view the demo.
Instructor of record.
The instructor of record is the person who is listed by the
Office of the Registrar on the class record as the instructor
for an organized course or who is assigned to a student for an
individual instruction course. Only the instructor of record
may submit grades for an organized course and authorize others to
enter grades on his or her behalf.
If you are the instructor
of a class but cannot access a grade sheet because you are not
listed as instructor of record, contact your department grade
representative.
How to update the
instructor of record. While the FaSET
reporting system is open, authorized department representatives
can enter the instructors of record for organized classes. When
FaSET is not available, instructor names for organized classes
can be added or changed by submitting an online Course File
Update form to the Office of the Registrar. Instructors for
students in individual instruction classes may be entered after
the 12th class day through the FaSET system.
