Secrets of Academic Success
This workshop is designed primarily for students who are enrolled in natural science courses (biology, chemistry, math, physics) and who want to learn more about study techniques that can be used to improve their academic performance in these courses. We will discuss a systematic approach that can be used to take useful lecture notes, effectively read scientific textbooks, and thoroughly prepare for exams. We will also examine how students can improve their time-management strategies, concentration and memory.
